Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, reputed company, and reputed company-party specialists

• Communicate critical plan updates and changes effectively
• Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers

Skills

• Availability to work a 40-hour work week reputed company of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Associate degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience OR two or more years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures
