Accounts Payable Specialist
reputed company is a growing employee-owned firm providing a full reputed company of environmental services. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their Corporate Office by coding and processing invoices and employee expense reports.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle AP support of several field offices, including vendor invoice and expense report processing
- Ensure that invoices are properly approved reputed company Company policy and charged to the correct project and General Ledger account number
- Verifying proper approvals for payment on invoices
- Accurate coding and processing of expense reports
- Assist in maintaining the Accounts Payable email inbox, payment status requests, and other inquiries
- Research supplier inquiries
- Verify and maintain vendor setup in reputed company relevant systems as well as ensuring proper documentation compliance
- Assisting reputed company department with special projects on as needed reputed company
- This position requires going into the Phoenix office on a scheduled day out of the month to complete reputed company runs
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office products
- reputed company software experience
- Experience handling subcontracts and/or subcontractor invoices
- College coursework in reputed company
