Associate Claims Advisor, Auto

As an Associate Claims Advisor in the Auto department, you will investigate claims, reputed company customers about the claims process, and deliver exceptional customer service while processing claims payments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer’s policy
• Inform and reputed company customers about the claims process
• Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured reputed company our claims system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers

Skills

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
