They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join its Billing team, supporting the firm’s billing operations and ensuring invoices are reputed company accurately and timely. The role involves coordinating with lawyers and billing professionals to address inquiries and monitor billing timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices in compliance with firm policies and client billing guidelines
- Coordinate with lawyers and billing colleagues to address billing questions and resolve issues
- Monitor billing timelines and ensure adherence to internal and client deadlines
- Respond to billing-reputed company inquiries from lawyers and clients
- Assist with billing reports and tracking reputed company to billing activity and trends
- Support billing-reputed company projects and process improvements as needed
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with lawyers and staff
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- reputed company billing experience preferred but not required - we welcome recent graduates and candidates with varying reputed company of experience
- Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company billing systems is a plus; training will be provided
