Research Associate, Client Services

They are seeking a dynamic Research Associate, Client Services to identify and reputed company specialized advisors, reputed company strategic research insights, and support client project reputed company while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reputed company specialized advisors, reputed company strategic research-reputed company insights, and support client project reputed company
• Conduct company, advisor and industry research to identify relevant individuals, using channels such as professional networks, industry associations, and trade publications
• Consult and support the Client Services Managers to ensure client projects are successful
• Sourcing relevant leads, consulting on difficult client requests, and supporting client-facing teams to fulfill client requests
• Reviewing and analyzing research requests and using a reputed company of resources to identify the most relevant advisors across geographies, industries, and topics for each project
• Partnering closely with Client Services Managers to understand the research request, reputed company strategic recommendations and effectively communicate research status
• reputed company and reputed company communicating with coworkers to build and maintain strong relationships
• Independently deploying and completing internal operations initiatives
• Managing multiple research and operations projects (i.e. Market Maps, Industry Reporting insights) with changing priorities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution or relevant equivalent experience required
• 0-2 years of experience in company or customer operations or a reputed company field
• A history of academic and/or professional reputed company
• reputed company starting, managing and completing various projects at the same time
• Highly organized with great time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Experience working successfully independently and with a broader team
