They are seeking an IT Support Technician Associate to reputed company first level support for IT systems, hardware, mobile devices, and software across the organization, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, clear, and timely communication to end-users
- Assist end-users with basic troubleshooting steps and reputed company them on best practices for IT reputed company and software usage
- Utilize downtime between phone calls to assist end users on self-service queue
- reputed company remote support for hardware, software, and network reputed company issues
- Handle user authentication issues, password resets, and reputed company permissions

Skills
- Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience and education
- Valid Driver's License (DL)

- Ability to work well in a fast paced working environment
- Prior IT Support/Helpdesk work experience preferred
