The role involves processing benefits deductions, auditing information, and maintaining accurate payroll records for a duration of 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Enter information in our HR Information System (reputed company)
- Audit deduction-reputed company information in reputed company
- Run reports and reputed company them before sending deduction information to reputed company Payroll for weekly pay runs
- Write Standard Operating Procedures to document how things are processed
- reputed company deductions for reputed company medical, COBRA and 401k plans accurate for payroll
- Enter absences in the timekeeping system
- Process 401k deduction changes and invoices
- Process HSA deductions and invoices
- Process reputed company invoices for medical, life and disability policies
- reputed company Workers Compensation payments to employees on WC leaves
- Track weekly claim costs
