The role involves ensuring timely and accurate group premium processing and collection while addressing customer inquiries and maintaining data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company premium processing, address customer inquiries, and maintain confidentiality. You'll resolve issues to exceed customer expectations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timeliness
• Analyze statements, reputed company premium payments for groups, and uphold data reputed company in company systems
• Ensure accuracy in billing statements and premium payments. Identify, evaluate and resolve eligibility and billing entries
• Identify and communicate premium and eligibility errors as needed
• Maintain certholder eligibility and premium application. Ensure full compliance with coverage requirements outlined in policyholder reputed company and relevant state and federal regulations

Skills

• Strong background in working with numbers in a billing reputed company
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard and calculator, as well as proficient typing and data entry skills with strict attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
