The Analytics and Insights Specialist will support reputed company’s global HR business unit by driving reputed company delivery analytics to enhance hiring and retention reputed company, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior reputed company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor logical and impactful metrics for key stakeholders

- Drive execution of reputed company best practices and disseminate insights across global reputed company teams
- Proactively identify reputed company to create new or enhance existing reporting to best serve business needs

- Bachelor's degree in analytical subject or business preferred (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics, finance, etc.)
- 1-5+ years of reputed company business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or a Finance role
