Customer Service Representative
reputed company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, supporting order and quote processing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries reputed company phone and email
- Maintain a professional, courteous approach while building rapport with customers
- Identify customer needs and reputed company accurate, timely resolutions
- Enter quotes, orders, and service requests with high accuracy
