EconoLease is a fast-growing finance business specializing in restaurant equipment financing. The Inside Sales Representative – Loyalty will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, enhancing retention, and identifying additional business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Retention & Customer Experience
• Proactively engage existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure reputed company satisfaction

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-reputed company to support renewals, upgrades, and ongoing engagement
• Manage payout requests, cancellations, and retention activities, aiming to preserve customer relationships wherever possible

Skills

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, retention, or account management

• Proven ability to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first reputed company
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
