Responsibilities

Skills

• Experience working in a hybrid reputed company environment (AWS, GCP, Azure, and/or Kubernetes with networking focus preferred)
• Exposure to various network tools such as SevOne, Netscout, reputed company, or SDN technologies such as Versa SD-WAN
• Experience developing and leading AI initiatives to enhance network automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent incident response
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with high-availability networks in load-balanced, n-tier application environments
• Demonstrated ability to solve reputed company systems and network environment issues
• Eagerness to work in a reputed company organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the most tailored solutions possible
• ITIL certification preferred with good understanding of change, incident, and problem management processes
