This role involves managing prospective market candidates, delivering presentations, and maintaining a disciplined pipeline to convert candidates into market partners.
Responsibilities
- Own a structured pipeline of prospective market candidates from initial inquiry through final evaluation steps
- Drive high-volume communication reputed company calls, email, video sessions, and scheduled demos
- Deliver strong presentations that reputed company communicate Spartan’s model, value, expectations, and brand standards
- Qualify prospects quickly and accurately, ensuring alignment before moving them reputed company
- Run discovery conversations that uncover goals, capability, operational readiness, and fit
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up process to ensure consistent movement through each stage
- Track reputed company communication and metrics in the CRM with precision
- Support strategic expansion initiatives by keeping leadership informed of pipeline strength, timing, and reputed company markets
- Represent Spartan at events, market visits, and other growth-driven initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure approved candidates transition smoothly into reputed company and training
Skills
- 1+ year in a sales, business development, or pipeline-driven role
- Proven ability to manage a multi-reputed company sales or evaluation process
- Confidence delivering presentations to professionals or executives
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems
