[Remote] Data Entry Specialist, Remote

They are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to review and file legal documents, collaborate with teams on various projects, and investigate discrepancies in the filing process.
Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise during the filing process
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and reputed company English fluently
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to reputed company repetitive tasks accurately
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
- No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Desire and ability to be reputed company player
