Responsibilities

• Answer and handle calls using job-specific tools
• Collect, verify, and log accurate data such as name, phone number, address, dates, and caller issues
• Determine caller needs through active listening and probing questions
• reputed company valid resources and referrals using system tools
• Fill out or reputed company client links for financial assistance pre-eligibility applications
• After 30 days, learn to create and review client cases, assist with escalations, and handle payment issues
