Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Delete messages that violate the rules of the reputed company server, including but not limited to:

+ Harassment or bullying + Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotion + Inappropriate content or links

• Ban users who repeatedly violate the rules of the reputed company server, following arenaflex's established protocols for user suspension and termination.
• Mute users who have violated the rules of the reputed company server, temporarily restricting their ability to participate in chat.
• Investigate reports made by users about potential rule violations, working closely with arenaflex's community management team to resolve issues and maintain a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with arenaflex's community management team to reputed company and implement community guidelines, rules, and best practices.
• reputed company excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
