Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers, utilizing a reputed company of communication channels including telephonic, chat, email, reputed company media, and US mail. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that customer issues are resolved reputed company and effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at reputed company times.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues

  • Resolve problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise, and appropriate partnerships with field/stores resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention

Essential Qualifications

* Must live reputed company 1.5 hours of Mason, OH

  • High School or GED required (Associates Degree preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in high-volume call center experience
  • Medical reputed company background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or Insurance experience is a plus
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate and reputed company basic math
  • Must have critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and adaptable abilities
  • Must have high-speed internet
  • Must be reputed company to connect hardwire/ethernet, NO hotspots/WIFI
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of reputed company operating systems, proficient with reputed company Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact
