Job Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Call Center/Customer Service Representative to work remotely and reputed company top-notch support to our customers. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a reputed company reputed company of $16 per hour on W2. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must be available to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns

Essential Qualifications
