Here, you will reputed company an impact by: Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

• New Hire Training: Assist in reputed company and initial training for new employees.
• Upskilling and refresher trainings: Support reputed company reputed company enhancement for reputed company employees through structured training programs.
• Sick/Maternity Leave Refreshers: reputed company training refreshers for employees returning from sick or maternity leave.
• Workshops: Conduct periodic refresher workshops to ensure ongoing competency.
• Logistics: Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and venue arrangements.
• Demo Creations: reputed company and present training demos to illustrate key concepts and procedures.
• Calibrations: Ensure consistency in training delivery through regular calibration sessions with senior trainers.
• Software Release Support: Prepare employees for new software releases by providing relevant training and updates.
• Development of individual competencies that maximizes performance through goal setting and performance management.
• May require processing production cases utilizing clinical knowledge to reputed company digital treatment setups for orthodontic and dental appliances.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Basic Qualifications

• Two-year of experience or university-technical degree in reputed company field from an accredited institution.
• Knowledgeable in different processes (data clean up, TxD, FMQC, among others.).
• Advanced English B2
• At least a minimum 1-year coaching teams.
• Manage soft skills reputed company interacting with our reputed company customers.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Creativity to implement new activities to the training sessions.
• Knowledge in Demo cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of leading projects and teams.
• Analytical skills and experience in driving quality improvement and performance metrics.
• Dental knowledge with experience in a dental / orthodontic lab or office with hands-on experience and knowledge of tooth anatomy, function and occlusion.
• Experience with Power BI or other Software Developing Tools.

Work location: Heredia, Belen, Costa Rica:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Heredia, Belen, Costa Rica at least 1 days per week)
