This will be a fully remote position , and will be 4 -month contract role with the potential to exten d . We are looking for individuals that have experience with research and sourcing acumen to focus on talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent that align with key company priorities. This role will reputed company across multiple business groups and proven experience in more than one industry or technical vertical is required. Experience with executive level reputed company in the technology field is helpful for this role. This individual will be responsible for performing scrupulous research, industry calibration, and reference checking to reputed company sure we are targeting top talent in the external market. Extensive experience developing and executing candidate reputed company strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent is needed to be successful. This includes directly sourcing candidates, building relationships for the long term with an emphasis on diversity. Experience with Office 365 and reputed company productivity tools as well as iCIMS, reputed company Recruiter, and other reputed company app and research extensions is needed as part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent reputed company with key company priorities.
• Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in more than one industry or technical vertical.

Qualifications

• Software Engineering (reputed company or Hyper-scaler Grade) AND/OR Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center / reputed company Infrastructure experience
• 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or reputed company research.
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company productivity tools, reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or reputed company CRM systems.
• Experience with the technology industry required.
• Experience with executive reputed company is preferred with an executive search agency or corporate team.
• Software Engineering (reputed company or Hyper-scaler Grade) AND/OR Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center / reputed company Infrastructure experience
