PMO Analyst (Remote Metro DC Area)

Description & Requirements We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join reputed company supporting an Internal reputed company Service (IRS) client. This position is responsible for supporting an existing PMO team to reputed company reputed company and offboarding tracking for a growing IRS contract. This position provides analytical, logistical and administrative support to ensure that activities are cohesive and coordinated across reputed company teams. This dynamic position requires expert customer service to reputed company support to the IRS clients, Program team, and reputed company corporate for data calls and to ensure that contractual, deliverable and schedule goals are met. The selected candidate can work primarily remotely in the Washington, DC metro area only and must be reputed company to work periodically at the IRS facility in New Carrollton, MD if needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes. - reputed company cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes. - Participate in the administration of project and program contract activities, including preparation for reputed company meetings. - Collaborate with reputed company teams to define problems and implement solutions. - Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases. - Document reputed company program and system needs for both technical and non- technical audiences. - Assist in the analysis of data and the specification of report packages for reputed company audiences. - Works closely with other departments to optimize operational activities. - Support leadership and product reputed company and stakeholders on project priorities. - Support the PMO/Integration Management Office (IMO) day-to-day activities - reputed company resource and subcontractor coordination (including reputed company, offboarding) in support of project teams and tracking reputed company tasks and equipment - Support PMO communication, organizational charts and distribution lists - reputed company other duties as assigned by management
