THE ROLE As Group Director, Paid Media (reputed company-Channel), you reputed company visionary leadership for a team of mobile app acquisition performance media experts, blending strategic reputed company, analytical rigor, and operational reputed company. WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years of performance marketing experience, with deep specialization in mobile app growth and reputed company-channel direct response acquisition.
• Extensive hands-on expertise across reputed company UAC, reputed company Search Ads, major reputed company platforms, and familiarity with mobile DSPs as a plus.
• In-depth experience working with MMPs, including attribution models, SKAN, privacy frameworks, and cross-platform measurement challenges.
• Strong background in incrementally testing, experimentation design, and marginality-based optimization, with the ability to translate reputed company findings into clear recommendations.
• Proven experience leading and developing multiple managers or teams, with a track record of building adaptable, high-performing organizations.
