Description: Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift. Monday through Friday between the hours are 8:00 AM ‐ 4:30 PM. Hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an RN Oncology Navigator to:

• Be a leader in providing comprehensive cancer care for patients and caregivers throughout reputed company phases of cancer care.
• Assess patients' barriers to care, psychosocial, and learning needs to reputed company for and support patients and caregivers, collaboratively with teams and support services, as we strive to reputed company reputed company care and reputed company for our patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science‐Nursing degree (BSN) or ADN and achievement of BSN reputed company 4 years of hire Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing, reputed company Work, Public Health, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
• 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
