The Position: As a Business Development Associate at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and developing our acquisition pipeline—researching industry verticals, identifying acquisition targets, and building relationships with founders and executives of vertical market software businesses. You will report to the Director of Business Development and work closely with the portfolio’s senior management team. You will be successful in this role if you are a people-person, have solid business acumen, love to continuously learn, and have a passion for creating and maintaining relationships. Financial literacy and an understanding of software and technology businesses are considered assets. What your impact will be:

  • Identify, research, and map software markets to find attractive acquisition targets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or M&A sourcing.
