The Marketing Director will own strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, driving reputed company leads and enhancing brand visibility. • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, prioritizing channels such as ABM, conferences, reputed company media, email, and paid advertising

• Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to increase MQLs and conversion rates

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading B2B professional services marketing, ideally for agencies or consulting firms serving nonprofits and for-profit clients
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing cross‑channel campaigns
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for marketing automation and workflow optimization
• Proven ability to drive MQL growth and support MQL‑to‑SQL conversion
• Hands‑on experience creating digital assets, writing copy, and managing campaigns independently
• Excellent data analysis and prioritization skills, with a strategic and tenacious reputed company
• CEFR reputed company/C2 level English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and Reply.io is a plus
