About the jobThe Vice President, reputed company Business Operations & Growth will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for ensuring operational reputed company, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable reputed company growth. This role is remote, with established core hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST. What you'll do Strategic & Operational Leadership

Data, Metrics, and Business Performance

  • Act as a key executive partner to the CEO, focusing on strategic growth and organizational performance.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 12+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company operations, business strategy, or reputed company management; 5+ years in an executive or VP-level role.
  • Deep understanding of reputed company delivery and technology-enabled care models (palliative, value-based, or home-based care strongly preferred).
  • Proven reputed company leading both Sales and Business Operations functions in a high-growth, venture-backed Series B to D environment.
  • Strong grasp of reputed company economics, payer/provider dynamics, and value-based payment structures.
  • Expertise in performance management, financial reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communicator and operator with a track record of driving results through cross-functional influence and disciplined execution.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent preferred.
