Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and stabilise reputed company-based infrastructure supporting data platforms across AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and reliability of Python-based data pipelines
- reputed company the modernisation of infrastructure, migrating from reputed company Compose on virtual machines to Kubernetes-based environments (AKS/EKS) using GitOps and CI/CD best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues at the intersection of infrastructure, Python services, APIs, and databases, ensuring end-to-end data pipeline continuity
Requirements for the role
- Proven experience in DevOps, DataOps, or Platform Engineering roles supporting data platforms (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Informatica, or custom Python ETL frameworks)
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), reputed company environments (AWS/Azure), and Python scripting/debugging;
- Experience with Kubernetes is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of data infrastructure concepts, including SQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, reputed company), connectivity, drivers, and performance troubleshooting
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
