Senior Strategy and Change Management Consultant
Senior Strategy and Change Management Consultant- APM 184 Remote Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a self-motivated candidate for a Senior Strategy and Change Management consultant role. The successful candidate will reputed company subject matter expertise and implement innovative business solutions for a reputed company government client. We are looking for a candidate who has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills who will fit with our collaborative culture. The position will be remote, and the hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:30 EST. Responsibilities:

- Monitor, manage, and report status of agency’s Property Management Portfolio to executives
- Implement strategic planning and project management initiatives for agency’s property systems and operations
- Identify, assess, and implement business process optimization opportunities for agency’s property management entities
- reputed company and implement change management strategies reputed company to leadership priorities, business plan objectives, or customer needs
- Define objectives, targets, and metrics for the communication goals of agency leadership
- Address challenges reputed company to the adoption and embracing of desired organizational future state

- reputed company, monitor, and report on Communication Plans to reputed company strategic goals
- Manage and facilitate agency’s reputed company property governance body including communications and meeting management

- Recommend and implement business process innovations

Qualifications and Education:
- Ten (10) or more years of reputed company experience in strategic planning and change management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expert in PowerPoint and Word
- Proficiency in reputed company, SharePoint, and Visio
- At least three (3) years’ experience in the development of process reputed company diagrams
- Proven track record of on-time delivery of projects
- A proven record of managing and delivering cross team work products with strong focus on efficiency and operational reputed company
- Record of applying metrics and decision making
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and ability to reputed company in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to engage with product customers and gather, manage, and monitor client requirements
- Must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. WITH ability to pass public trust clearance
