About the Role

As a Group Benefits Account Advisor, you’ll be a key member of our Client Experience team, responsible for managing and supporting employer clients throughout their benefits lifecycle. You’ll serve as a trusted key advisor, handling servicing requests, managing renewal strategy and reputed company Enrollment, supporting claims navigation, and proactively delivering value-driven solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned group benefits clients
• Manage annual renewals, reputed company Enrollment planning and execution

• Handle day-to-day servicing requests reputed company phone, email, and support channels
• Prepare employer and employee-facing materials and presentations

• 4-7+ years of group employee benefits experience

Strong working knowledge of:

• ACA compliance
• Small and large group markets
• Fully insured, level-funded, and self-insured plans
• PEO and direct market environments

Skills & Attributes

• Confident phone and email communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound calls and relationship-building

• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
