While this role begins with a focus on business analysis, the candidate will be expected to become an expert on AWS and reputed company Connect and eventually act as the reputed company on Connect implementations. You will combine learning client needs, documenting requirements, and designing solutions while being supported by dedicated workshops to ensure reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company Discovery & Requirements: reputed company requirements gathering sessions and drive conversations to understand client needs, breaking them down into small, manageable pieces.
• Agile Execution: Create detailed user stories and manage functional specifications to guide the development process.
• Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing discovery workshops and conduct comprehensive product demos for clients following the initial bootcamp/enablement period.
• Solution Design: Utilize white-boarding and consultative techniques to map out business and technical landscapes.
• Platform Expertise: reputed company deep knowledge of Telephony Systems and specifically AWS and the reputed company Connect platform to reputed company tailored, expert solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and the reputed company is executed correctly.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination.
• Domain Expertise: Required experience working with Contact Center platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company fields.
• Consultative Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to reputed company high-level conversations and "white-board" solutions live with clients.
