Job Summary
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming reputed company calls and outbound appointments, providing exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs, and resolving their concerns reputed company to benefit plans or program options. Responsibilities

Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or a high-level overview of patients' or customers' benefit plans
- Good verbal and written communication skills
