About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our members through phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our members have a positive experience with our fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming and outgoing calls, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Enter data accurately and reputed company, maintaining up-to-date records and reports

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
