Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Director of Data Analytics and Specialty Pharmacy Operations to reputed company reputed company in developing and managing data enablement for specialty reporting. The successful candidate will reputed company leadership and direction to pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other stakeholders to reputed company specialty programs. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the creation and analysis of data to support Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), including auditing data with internal stakeholders and participating in QBR meetings with external clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to act as an active Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data management across the arenaflex reputed company, advising key stakeholders on technical topics and partnering to interpret and define business needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a reputed company field, or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a reputed company field.
• At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with reputed company partners.
• Experience creating strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with executive-level management.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial reputed company in the workplace.
• At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
