Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment
- Ability to commit to working for arenaflex for at least 90-120 days without any planned time off
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (will be required to take a language assessment)
- Experience working in a remote customer service environment
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
