Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing an excellent service for end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring a quality of service that meets our high standards.
• Receiving orders from customers and managing them in line with company policy and systems, following through to shipment.
• Collaborating with other arenaflex departments for dispute resolution and establishing reputed company relationships with customers and reputed company partners to reputed company their trust.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, developing solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the Supply Chain.
• Working as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
• Building effective relationships with other departments to understand the impact on customers and service reputed company.
• Providing knowledge and accurate information to customers, raising quotations for customers and distributors as requested and in line with Company Policy.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Some experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.

• Ability to manage yourself and tasks in a proactive manner.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
