Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

Description

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
