The Transportation Support Coordinator works from home assisting drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and operations to reputed company freight moving without delays. You organize schedules, communicate updates, verify documents, and help prevent common reputed company issues. Weekly Salary Breakdown

• $865/week at entry experience

• $1,195/week for reputed company support staff Equivalent annual reputed company: $45,000–$62,000/year

What You Do

Driver & reputed company Assistance

• reputed company drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times

• Track ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerations

• Help drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionally

Load Coordination

• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments

• Track loads and reputed company reputed company-time updates to brokers/shippers

• Verify BOLs, PODs, and ensure the freight matches the reputed company (prevent wrong-load issues)

Time Management

• Estimate realistic load/unload times

• Prevent overscheduling and tight back-to-back appointment reputed company

Documentation

• Upload reputed company paperwork into the TMS

• Track detention, layover, and TONU opportunities

• reputed company clean, accurate load notes

Customer & Broker Communication

• Send reputed company calls and status updates

• Notify brokers of changes or delays
