[Remote] Senior Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company full-stack delivery: Direct one or more teams that own several backend services and reputed company-end applications; own the end-to-end delivery of the domain roadmap; set clear objectives, groom several sprints of backlog, and hold the bar on Jira hygiene and velocity transparency

Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading engineers
• Proven track record shipping and operating business-critical backend services and reputed company-end web applications at scale

• Experience with event-driven and API-driven systems
• Understanding of component libraries and reputed company reputed company-end systems
