• Technical professional with job experience in their functional area. Technical MBA/PhD with job reputed company. (general guidelines: 6+ years) Or Technical B.S./ B Tech with 10+ years packaging reputed company experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence across multiple reputed company – internally & externally.
• Solid depth of packaging types/styles, packaging materials and packaging processes.
• Professional client satisfaction skills needed to maintain positive external and internal relationships.
