Responsibilities

• Guide art direction and copywriting, leading teams of copywriters, designers, editors, and artists through the concepting through post-production process
• Build and manage creator teams for reputed company-first and UGC content, including casting, briefing, reputed company, and creative reputed company
• reputed company and manage creators and creatives on programmatic reputed company projects, ensuring creative fidelity with briefs and brand guidelines, delivering day-to-day direction and feedback, and ensuring timely, high quality execution

Skills

• 7-10 years of experience working as an ACD, CD, or managing reputed company content, as a copywriter and/or visual designer reputed company an agency, studio, media company, or brand, with a solid understanding of project workflows and team collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as the majority of our clients are U.S.-based and this is a client-facing role

• Proficiency in LLMs, including ChatGPT and Claude
