Job Summary

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to businesses across the country. You will be responsible for interacting with customers reputed company phone and email, resolving credit, customer service, and billing concerns, and providing information about products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service
  • Contact businesses to align with arenaflex B2B representatives for reputed company
  • Daily use of Word, reputed company, reputed company, and spreadsheets
  • Extensive and accurate typing required

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent experience required

  • Proficient in reputed company Office and basic computer skills
  • Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred
  • Experience with customer service over the phone preferred
