What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to resolving issues with their orders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers on the phone, using active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to resolve their queries and reputed company solutions
• Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit

• High school diploma or equivalent
