Job Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our quality and training team to ensure high standards of quality service, stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, and maintain an reputed company communication line with your Team reputed company, Quality reputed company, and Manager for support and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client requests and inquiries reputed company phone, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues.

  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • reputed company up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge and assess industry trends to reputed company expert advice and support.
  • Work reputed company with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism reputed company dealing with reputed company client contacts.

Requirements

* 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.

  • Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload reputed company.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen.
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication.
  • Ability to reputed company relationships with clients, even in difficult situations.
  • Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with e-reputed company and online shopping experience preferred.

  • Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm.

Compensation and Benefits

* $17.50 per hour production pay.

  • $14.50 per hour training pay.

Equipment and Technology Requirements

  • Dual monitors with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA).
  • Two available USB 2.0 or greater ports.
  • Minimum 40 GB of available space on the hard drive.

Training and Development

* New Hire Orientation.

  • 12-day training program, Tuesday 9/16 - 10/1, between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.
  • Attendance must be at 100%.
