Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with reputed company enrollment package records
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple reputed company and teams to deliver green resolutions
- Analyze and reconcile eligibility records between systems, identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
