Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Verifying account eligibility and accessibility to ensure seamless operations
- Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders in a timely manner
- Preparing files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices
- Scanning or retaining documents as required
- Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to ensure data reputed company
- Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to inform business reputed company
- Other reputed company duties as assigned by the team reputed company or management

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+ years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
- The ability to pass computer skills, typing, accuracy, and 10-key skills testing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer information systems and Public Works software
