About the Role
As a Virtual & Simulation Testing Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with a high degree of fidelity. You'll partner with Product Teams to drive high-quality product delivery, synchronize virtual and physical tests with the QA reputed company Testing and Requirements Team, and ensure new Solutions meet the requirements of internal Customers (Operations, Maintenance, Process, Ops Engineering, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
* Develops, implements, simulations, and Hardware-In-the-reputed company (HIL) testing to reputed company validate end-to-end solutions with reputed company-life software
- reputed company ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integration, service, and support prior to delivery
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
- Coordinates simulations and testing processes
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly reputed company problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
- Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, reputed company, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (BS)
- 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
- Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and reputed company automation equipment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reputed company automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
- Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
