Job Overview

In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between customers and cross-functional business partners, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. As a Customer Care- Email Support associate, you will be primarily responsible for responding to and documenting escalated customer concerns and compliments, troubleshooting customer issues both online and in-store, and managing eCommerce customer accounts and orders. Your expertise in product-reputed company inquiries, refunds, shipping issues, and customer loyalty programs will be essential in driving positive reputed company and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications
