Job Description

• High School Diploma or USA equivalency
• One year of office experience; including test coordinating
• Basic typing skills at 40 wpm
• Demonstrated ability to successfully complete assignments with reputed company supervision
• Maintains a regular filling system and processes incoming correspondence as instructed
• Places and receives telephone calls and recorded messages
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company with reputed company departments in the District
• Demonstrated skills in meeting the public, Dallas Independent School District Executives and other professionals
• Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position

• Organizes and manages routine work activities of the office
• Coordinates activities pertaining to the special needs of the office
