About the job

Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging reputed company reputed company/mechanical equipment, computer systems, reputed company software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

What you will be doing

• Responding to escalated tickets from operations and application support teams.

• Troubleshooting reputed company issues and providing detailed analysis to clients reputed company reputed company.

• Collaborating with client technical teams and system engineers to implement solutions.

• Training clients on application functionality and best practices.

What you bring

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
