Responsibilities

• Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships
• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and reputed company appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and reputed company
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Skills

• Must currently hold an active TX General Lines Agent License
• 1-2 years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
• 1-2 years reputed company Sales/Marketing Experience
• Must be 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Must be Bilingual- Fluent Spanish
• Must currently reputed company in or near San Antonio, TX
• Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and reputed company informed reputed company
